Farming for the Future

Date: 27 March 2019

Registration is open!

The 6th annual Farming for the Future seminar is on Wednesday, 27 March 2019, and we can’t wait to see you.

Farming for the Future is an exciting, solutions-focussed day, with lots of chances to interact with speakers, other farmers, farm industry specialists, and policy makers. The doors open at 8.45am and it's full-on til 4.30pm.

Susie Ferguson from Morning Report at Radio New Zealand will join us again to host a brilliant panel of presenters. We’re particularly excited that international speaker, Gary Hirshberg, will join us from Stonyfield Farms, USA. Gary will share his story about building an extremely successful, large, organic food business in the USA.

Other inspirational speakers from around New Zealand will share new ideas, options and suggestions so farmers can adapt their business to meet market and environmental expectations. Presenters will explore the advantages of leaning toward the unconventional, and how alternative ways of thinking can uncover great benefits for farming. Check them out at
